I was the third person on Cary Grant’s honeymoon with Dyan Cannon, which leads to my own honeymoon with director Stanley Kramer—and without my wife."

Leonard Morpurgo, is vice president at Weissman/Markovitz Communications, formerly Murray Weissman & Associates, a boutique agency with major clients, including Paramount, Fox, Lionsgate, Miramax, the Weinstein Company and AMC. He was previously international vice president of Rogers & Cowan Public Relations, head of international marketing for Universal Studios and held similar positions at CBS Theatrical Films and Lorimar Pictures. Before coming to the United States he was director of European publicity and promotion for Columbia Pictures. London born Morpurgo started out in the industry as publicity director at Rank Film Distributors in the U.K. He has lived in half a dozen countries and worked in a dozen more.

Morpurgo is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, sits on the Academy’s Foreign Language Film Committee and is fluent in a number of languages. He is also a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and of BAFTA/LA. This is his fourth book.
